Support for Women Who Know What They Want but Struggle to Act on It

You want change. You know what you want to do.

But when action requires being seen, using your voice, or making a clear decision, you pull back.

This work supports women to move out of avoidance and into follow through by rebuilding internal safety first.

Hey, I’m Shannon.

I work with women who want change but avoid being seen and using their voice.

I’m a Master Practitioner in NLP and Time Line Therapy®, and I’m currently studying counselling + psychotherapy. My work focuses on emotional safety, identity patterns, and behaviour change. I don’t push motivation, mindset, or quick fixes.

Why I do this work

I wanted change, but I shut down when it mattered.

Messages overwhelmed me.
Decisions felt heavy.
I replayed conversations instead of responding.
I pulled back to stay safe.

Family expectations and internal pressure taught me to hold myself together, stay small, and avoid disappointing people.

It wasn’t a mindset issue.
It was a shutdown pattern my system had learned.

Once I understood that, the way I approached change shifted.

My approach

I work with women who:

  • want change but avoid being seen

  • struggle to use their voice

  • delay messages or decisions

  • overthink instead of acting

  • want follow through without forcing themselves

Together, we focus on restoring internal safety so communication, connection, and choice become available again without pushing, fixing, or burning out.

Confidence isn’t the starting point.

Safety is.
