1. Services Provided

Shannon Strike provides personal development services including NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Timeline Therapy®. These services are designed to support personal growth, confidence, and mindset transformation. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other professional advice.

2. Client Responsibility & Disclaimer

By engaging in services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

  • Results will vary for each client.

  • Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

  • You should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

3. Liability Waiver

By participating in sessions, you acknowledge that Shannon Strike is not a medical or mental health professional. You understand these services are for personal development purposes only. You agree to take full responsibility for your own choices, actions, and outcomes, and release Shannon Strike from any liability for loss, injury, or damages that may result from your participation.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All fees are payable as agreed upon booking.

  • Payments must be made in full prior to sessions unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind. If you cannot attend a session, you may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Shannon Strike are for personal use only. They must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
