This is not a formal breakthrough process. It’s steady coaching that builds nervous system safety, confidence, and visibility step by step. 

Weekly sessions (up to 2 hours each) 

Weekly home play: simple, practical actions to help changes stick 

30-minute weekly check-ins via Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp 

Weekly focus: 

Week 1: Connection + safe space 

Week 2: Map out goals + who you’re becoming

Week 3: Release emotional blocks with NLP tools

Week 4: Reframe limiting beliefs

Week 5: Integration (identity and action alignment)
