Breakthrough Containers are the structure used to deliver and integrate Breakthrough Sessions.
A Breakthrough Session is the core piece of work.
The container provides the time, spacing, and follow up needed for integration after that work.
There are two container options.
6 Month Integration Container
Includes one Breakthrough Session
This container is for clients completing one Breakthrough Session and integrating the changes that follow.

Month 1
One coaching session to clarify the presenting problem
One Breakthrough Session (4–12 hours)
Integration period immediately following the breakthrough
Months 2–3
Fortnightly check in calls
Support focused on observing changes and supporting follow through
Months 4–6
Monthly check in calls
Continued integration and stabilisation

Messaging support between sessions via WhatsApp or Messenger

Breakthrough Sessions are offered in the following areas:

Money
Money breakthroughs are completed after a Self and Business or Career breakthrough.
Additional Sessions
Any work outside the scope of your container, including additional coaching or Time Line Therapy® sessions, can be discussed and added if appropriate.
Additional sessions are optional and offered at an agreed extra cost.
You don’t need to be ready or have it all figured out.
