You’re building something real, something meaningful yet the self-doubt still creeps in. You overthink the post, feel that lump in your throat when you speak up, and wonder if it’s truly safe to be fully seen and fully heard.

This confidence and identity coaching for women isn’t about trying harder. It’s about shifting what’s underneath it all your subconscious patterns, your identity, and your inner sense of safety so showing up becomes natural.

How It Works


Each session is up to 2 hours, with optional 30-minute weekly check-ins via Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
You’ll also receive home play each week simple, practical actions to help you integrate what we’ve worked on into your daily life so the changes stick.

Week 1: We get to know each other and create a safe space to explore where you’re at now.
Week 2: We map out your goals and the shifts you want to make, getting clear on who you’re becoming.
Week 3: We use Time Line Therapy® to release old negative emotions holding you back.
Week 4: We use Time Line Therapy® to release limiting beliefs that have kept you playing small.
Week 5: We integrate either through Parts Integration (if needed) or setting aligned goals you feel confident about.
Week 6: We close with a reflection on your progress and a plan for moving forward with confidence.
